REGPORT offers complete skid mounted, pre-piped and ready to use Pressure Regulating Systems. These are offered for various cylinder gases like Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Dry HCL, Carbon Dioxide, Ammonia Chlorine etc. We also offer solutions for Fuel Gases like LPG and Piped Natural Gas alongwith necessary components like Cartridge Filters for fine filtration and sometimes with Metering as per customer requirements.
Apart from these, REGPORT has Skid Mounted Filtration, Heating, Pressure Regulating and Metering Skids for CNG ie Compressed Natural Gas. These are designed for Inlet Pressure of 250 Barg.

  • Heavy and Rugged construction : This is an additional safety for high pressure apart from the other safety features or instruments.

  • Constant Outlet Pressure : Irrespective of reduction in cylinder pressure (from filling pressure upto the minimum designed Inlet pressure) the outlet pressure is almost constant at set pressure despite of varying consumption pattern.

  • Maximum Utilization of Cylinder Gas : REGPORT design team facilitates the minimum designed inlet pressure, upto which, the user can utilize the filled gas from the cylinder. The First Stage Pressure Regulators are always designed in such a way that always the max utilization is ensured for the user.

  • Redundancy for uninterrupted gas supply : Based on User’s operational needs, REGPORT designs the system with twin stream configuration or single stream with adequate bypass arrangement or single stream.

  • Multiple Safety Levels : REGPORT offers both Venting and Non-Venting type Safety for all the high pressure gases. Non Venting Safety like Over Pressure Slam Shut Of Valves or Solenoid Operated On/Off Valves are offered based on operational needs and user’s choice. Apart from these, Venting Safety like Full Capacity Safety Relief Valves are designed and installed at outlet of each Pressure Regulating Valves in the prepiped systems.
